Excellent New Year! the suite was spacious with a full kitchen and free breakfast. Located downtown, near the best restaurants, bars and shops, great to welcome the New Year. I also enjoyed the heated swimming pool during chilly nights, and the parking service was quite accommodating.

The elevators were overcrowded and slow, a bit uncomfortable during peak hours. Reception service could have been more friendly, although they were overall helpful and professional.

The hot tub was great and the breakfast bar had plenty of options. The hotel was located near many shops and restaurants which made it easy to explore the area. One of the best things about the hotel was the comfortable bed and pillows.

The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in helping us.
